Every blockchain is an isolated island

Every blockchain differs in its consensus mechanism, validators, and account identification system. With rare exceptions, accounts on one blockchain will not be recognized by another. As a result, every blockchain is an isolated island. Even Cosmos and Polkadot, which aim to build blockchain networks, are just two bigger isolated islands.
